There is no ambulance service for emergency psychiatry and majority of the ambulance services hesitate to take persons with mental illness if they are aggressive, violent and shabby. So the families bring patients late though the crisis is imminent because of vehicle in-availability. So Athma started ambulance facility to serve the needy.
