Dr. Sindhu P is a dedicated Senior Resident and Consultant Psychiatrist with over 6 years of clinical experience. She completed her MBBS from K.A.P.V. Government Medical College, Tiruchirapalli (2017) and her MD Psychiatry from Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research (SRIHER), Chennai (2022), where she was awarded the Dr. Sheila Rajarathinam Gold Medal for being the Best Outgoing Student.

Dr. Sindhu has worked as a Junior Consultant at Ek Prayaas Hospital, Punjab (2022–2023) and as Junior Consultant Psychiatrist at Barnala Manorog Hospital, Punjab (2023–2025). She currently serves as Senior Resident at St. Peter's Medical College & Hospital, Hosur and as Consultant Psychiatrist at Gunam Super Speciality Hospitals, Hosur (March 2025 – Present).

She is currently pursuing a Post-graduate certificate course in Child and Adolescent Mental Health from Pathways Foundation, Coimbatore. Her dissertation was on "Efficacy and Feasibility of Tele-based Interventions in Maintaining Abstinence in Persons with Past De-addiction Treatment."

Dr. Sindhu has published research papers on "Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on Quality of Life in Persons with Alcohol Use Disorder" and "Alcohol Dependence Care Pathway for Psychiatric Settings" in the Annals of Indian Psychiatry. Languages: English, Tamil.
